Ethics and Conflict of Interest Policy

Updated On: 9/17/2026

Our commitment

Board members, staff and volunteers of Autism New Jersey act in the interest of the people we serve. Any relationship that could influence a decision — financial, professional or personal — is disclosed in writing and reviewed by the Board’s Governance Committee.

Disclosure

Each board member completes a conflict-of-interest statement annually and abstains from votes in which they have a material interest.
